SPARKLING WINES 1ST SEMESTER
NOUVELLES
DE BOISSET
2025
Le Grand Courtâge
The Boisset family has just acquired premium French
sparkling wine brand Le Grand Courtâge, for which it was
previously the supplier, and which is currently distributed
exclusively in the USA.
It will continue to retail on the American market, but will
also be seeking to develop distribution onto French and
international markets.
For more than ten years, the family has been heavily
involved in the production process, wine choices and
creating refined packaging.
Le Grand Courtâge now consists of a blanc de blancs and
a rosé, made in France and available in 750 ml and 200 ml
formats. This is an accessible French luxury brimming with
femininity, boasting the freshness brought by reasonable
alcohol levels (11.5%). The brand is sold in the USA for
$15 to $20 and weighs in at up to 50,000 cases per year.
Founded in 2011 by American Tawnya Falkner, an entrepreneur
profoundly enamoured with France, its terroirs and its wines,
Le Grand Courtâge celebrates all of the key moments in
life, both big and small, with a distinctly feminine touch
highlighting chic, elegant French expertise that combines
Paris with Provence. This brand’s dynamism on social
networks has enabled it to win over a wide audience of
female wine connoisseurs.
Le Grand Courtâge can also pride itself on having supported
WINES women’s causes over the years via numerous charitable
activities, without neglecting the quality of the wine, as
Blanc de blancs regularly acknowledged by the press.
