           at JCB Yountville!

       Caviar and Champagne, sea and vines, a pairing of striking contrast:
       the richness of sturgeon caviar tempered by the radiant vibrancy of
       the world’s top sparkling wine. Together, they enhance each other’s
       best qualities, for a delightful food and wine pairing!
       This ultra-chic duo is celebrated at JCB and in collaboration
       with Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, across three different flights: The New
       World, The Old World, and The Exploration. Each flight is a sensory
       journey, showcasing the finest caviars paired with JCB Collection’s
       Champagnes and Burgundian sparkling wines.
       The New World highlights California with caviars like the buttery
       Reserve and the rare golden-hued Golden Reserve. The Old World
       celebrates tradition with selections such as the nutty Golden Osetra
       and the Baerii from Greece. Finally, The Exploration invites you to
       discover innovative pairings, including vibrant Gold Pearl Trout
       Roe and the robustly flavoured Smoked Gold Pearl Salmon Roe.
       Clients will be welcomed in the newly remodelled Champagne
       and Caviar Lounge, located next to JCB Yountville. This lounge is
       adorned with a striking caviar sculpture and breathtaking peacock
       tapestry. This is more than a tasting – it’s an invitation to enjoy an
       exceptional experience!
