The Bouchard family has seen nine generations of
visionary men follow one after another since the early
18th century, with the fourth adding ‘& Fils’ (‘and son’)
to the name, alongside the famous ‘BAF’ seal and the
distinctive neck strip.
This commitment is now upheld by a woman, the estate’s
viniculturist Amélie Faivret. With every wine, the oenologist
expresses her commitment to her native Burgundy and © Serge Chapuis
continues this heritage of excellence in the service of
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
