Burgundy meets Beaujolais

Mommessin, with its Beaujolais soul and Burgundian heart, presents its quintessence with Grandes Mises: wines from
rigorous plot selections, produced in limited quantities and according to Burgundian tradition to create fine Gamays
made for laying down. These artisan cuvées showcase the personality of each of these Beaujolais crus, enhanced by long
maceration, rack and return, and maturation on fine lees inspired by Burgundy. This perfect combination of two cultures
is what gives Grandes Mises is unique attraction.
