Four PGI varietal wines from plot selections.
They reflect several years’ work conducted
on the terroirs. The estate has mapped the
grape varieties and aromatic expression of
each individual parcel, and can now offer
little-known but high-quality PGIs.
Les allées de Closière
PGI Cité de Carcassonne – Merlot

where ochre vegetation intermingles with
vines overlooking the Cité de Carcassonne.

owners, most of them bourgeois, acquired
