Sélection
de Terroir
The union of Languedoc varietals and
terroirs, this range speaks to consumers.
Four PGI varietal wines from plot selections.
They reflect several years’ work conducted
on the terroirs. The estate has mapped the
grape varieties and aromatic expression of
each individual parcel, and can now offer
little-known but high-quality PGIs.
Les allées de Closière
PGI Cité de Carcassonne – Merlot
Delicious and intense
Alleys of small plots entrusted to a closier
where ochre vegetation intermingles with
vines overlooking the Cité de Carcassonne.
Les Hauts de Birac
PGI Coteaux de Birac
Cabernet-Sauvignon
Complex and fleshy
Parcels planted on the slopes of Peyriac
near Minerve, producing wines that
express the wealth of the garrigues of the
Haut-Languedoc hills.
Seigneurie de Bourgency
PGI Coteaux de Béziers – Chardonnay
Fragrant and balanced
A founding episode in the winegrowing
history of Béziers in the 18th century, when
owners, most of them bourgeois, acquired
smallholdings and converted them to
monocultural vineyards.
La Croix de Roquemartin
PGI Cotes de Thau – Sauvignon Blanc
