Grande Sélection
In line with this family of visionaries, Antonin Rodet presents two
Vin de France made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, produced from
carefully selected plots. The wine-making and maturing processes are
based on our extensive traditional Burgundy know-how and expertise.
Grande Sélection Pinot Noir
Originating from vineyards in the west and south of
France, the grapes from each plot are vinified separately
and fermented for approximately three weeks.
Aged for four months on fine lees, a quarter of the
production is in wood in order to enhance and refine
the wine’s structure. The remainder is aged in stainless
steel vats to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
A delicious, fruity wine with a wonderful intensity.
With a captivating garnet red hue, it reveals delicate
aromas of morello cherry, chocolate and sweet spices,
enhanced with a subtle woody note.
Grande Sélection Chardonnay
Produced from vineyards in the west and south of
France, the grapes are picked at night and at the start
of the day to retain their vivacity and freshness during
the harvest.
The grapes from each plot are vinified separately and
aged for four months on fine lees after fermentation.
A quarter of the production is aged in wood and three
quarters in stainless steel vats.
A fresh and elegant chardonnay.
A lovely golden shade, an expressive nose on white
floral notes with luscious honey and acacia aromas.
