Fine Réserve expresses all the elegance and diversity of Burgundy. no fewer than 14 cuvées and
four varietals make up this complex blend, comprising the body of Chardonnay, the structure of Pinot
noir, the fruitiness of Gamay and the freshness of aligoté. Partial ageing in oak barrels and five years
on laths brings power and refinement.
the nose opens with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit evolving into honey and verbena. the mouth is bursting
with freshness with a smooth and broad finish. as an aperitif, serve with delicate amuse-bouches or
