In the Boissons Aromatisées à Base de Vin (BABV*) category,
we are pleased to present Cap Saint Roc, a sparkling rosé wine bursting
with fruit and freshness with a low alcohol content (9.5%).
The fine bubbles stem from natural
fermentation in closed temperature-
controlled vats, preserving all
the freshness of the base rosé
wine. The 100% natural aromas
of grapefruit and blood orange
combine harmoniously.
The bitterness of the grapefruit
contrasts with the tangy notes of
the blood orange, resulting in an
explosion of flavours on the palate.
The perfect rosé for invigorating
aperitifs on the French Riviera!
