J. Moreau & Fils have been challenging the Chablis terroir since 1814 to exalt
the unique expression of its single varietal, Chardonnay, and reveal its signature:
great white wines that are complex and elegant, delicate yet powerful.

Wines that fully express the diversity of the Chablis
terroirs, where the nuances of the terroirs are inscribed
in the genes of 250 million years of geological history.
This is where Lucie Depuydt, oenologist and soil expert,
has been drawing the inspiration for J. Moreau & Fils wines
with precision and patience for the past sixteen years.
With this experience and recognition, she collaborates
closely with partner winegrowers to select exceptional
vines, such as those growing on organically cultivated plots.
The Gloire range includes
organic wines:
Petit Chablis Les Petits Dieux 2022, the perfect aperitif
wine, with notes of citrus zest, fresh hazelnuts, and a hint
of iodine on the finish with a fine tension.
Chablis Gloire de Chablis 2022, a wine to savour on its
own, as it doesn’t require anything else... or to pair with
land or sea dishes inspired by the terroirs that produced
it. A delicious wine bursting with floral notes on the palate,
caramel flavours and a long, saline finish.
Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2022, A gastronomic
wine with hints of hazelnut, supported by citrus zest,
that goes delicately with scallops or a blanquette of veal.
Fresh on the palate, with white fruit aromas and a saline
finish. The aromatic complexity reflects the rich terroir
and precise vinification.
