perle d’or rose 2015

An exceptional vintage!

Perle d’or Rose is a pink vintage Crémant de Bourgogne which is only made in the best years.
2015 was an excellent one, making it ideal for a pink cuvée. The grapes had thick, dense
skins, a promise of color, concentration, and power.
Alongside Perle d’Aurore, Louis Bouillot’s most popular pink sparkling non-vintage, Perle
Dessus-Lès-Vermots 2012: A d’or Rose is a step up in terms of complexity. This golden rosé was aged without acquiring
new vintage a patina, and combines fruitiness and length. short maceration has given it a lovely deep

Burgundy climat that sits atop the rocky limestone
vein in savigny-lès-Beaune. The cuvée is enhanced
through a rigorous production approach for this
magnificent varietal. The vinification is painstaking
and tailored to the plot, with more than 20% of
the cuvée aged in oak for six months, followed by
a discreet dosing to showcase the natural harmony
of this wine, which is left to hone its patina for
a full five years.
This is a characterful blanc de noirs with a rich and
complex aromatic palette and an intense golden
color. Toasted and buttery on the nose, it has notes
of cherries in eau-de-vie and honey. in the mouth,
it is typical Pinot noir with retro-olfaction full of
kirsch and morello cherry. The finish is long and
fruity, with a charming vinosity.
Due of the vintage, the volume is very small, with
a limited edition of 1,000 bottles.

its range of 17 Crémant de Bourgogne
sparkling wines with the addition of its
first small format. The classic cuvée Perle de Vigne
will be available in 37.5cl half bottles in July.
For intimate occasions when a little goes a long
way, this new format is perfect for delivering an
effervescent treat throughout the year!
