Pavillon Saint-Pierre Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2019
The Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made from Grenache vieilles vignes on plots with large pebbles in coolest terroirs in the appellation area. Traditional ageing in demi-muid barrels of fine grained oak with a medium toast for 10 months brings out its crisp, powerful side, with red berries and spices combining in a harmonious finish.
Jardin du Pavillon Saint-Pierre Côtes-du-Rhône 2019
Jardin du Pavillon is a Côtes-du-Rhône which owes its rounded fruitiness to a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Carignan grown in the southeast of the Rhone valley on vines around 40 years old, with low yields for increased concentration.
