It is obtained by macerating black Pinot Noir grapes with their white juice, and then aging the wine on laths for nine months to bring freshness and fruit. The bubbles express myriad red fruits such as cherry, blackberry, and raspberry, promising an indulgent and festive experience. This cuvée is perfect served as an aperitif or with fish, grilled shrimp, or chicken, or a red-fruit dessert. Les Jardins de Grandin is a new wine that pays tribute to the gardens of the splendid chateaus of the Loire. The careful selection of the base wines from the best white varietals, then three months of ageing with daily stirring allow this cuvée to express all its aromas. Its pale golden hue underlines a bead of fine bubbles. On the nose, it has notes of white-fleshed fruit and fresh blossom. The attack is zesty, making this an ideal aperitif wine, or an accompaniment for fish and seafood or white meats, such as veau à l’angevine .
