Perle de Molesme is sober yet powerful, just like the Cistercian order whose name the wine bares. The order was founded by the monk Robert de Molesme, who left it in 1098 to create a new monastic order in Cîteaux.
This Crémant de Bourgogne is made from selected terroirs, but mostly from the vines of Louis Bouillot that are located in the village of Molesme in the Châtillonnais region to the north of Burgundy. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay express themselves here with power and minerality.
