For the past five years, a vast vineyard enhancement program has been in progress.
For the past five years, a vast vineyard enhancement program has been in progress. The least interesting vines have been pulled out, while new plantations and plot selections have been made in order to optimize the grape varieties. Significant investment has also been made in more efficient equipment adapted to the quality requirements of the estate.
Flowering fallow and bee hives
For the first time this year, fallow land has been left to flower, allowing it to rest for up to four years before planting new vines. These bee-friendly flowers will result in beautifully colorful meadows just below the hives in the Sorbief vineyard.
Sheep manure in the vines
A partnership has been struck with a local sheep farmer to supply us with organic matter to enrich the vines.
