A new organic wine from the Maison Bouachon

Bouachon, established in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 1898, presents its latest cuvée, Jardin de Saint Pierre, a Côtes du Rhône made from organically-cultivated old vines of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, located in the southeast section of the Rhone Valley and planted in terraces covered in large pebbles. True to the house style with the accent on fruit and freshness, this is an ideal wine to accompany a Provençal beef stew, Sisteron lamb, or mature cheeses.
