Antonin Rodet has 85 hectares of vines across the Domaine de la Bressande, the Château de Rully, and the Château de Mercey. The vines are spread over the Côte Chalonnaise, the Côte de Beaune, and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Those at the Château de Mercey are unique in the region as they are pruned into a lyre shape.
The Côte Chalonnaise, the cradle of the business since it was created in 1875, offers a range of 14 wines, both red and white, in the Mercurey village and premier cru appellations, and the Rully village and premier crus appellations, from the Château de Rully and the Domaine de la Bressande.
