Two great Jura families
The alliance of two families emblematic of the Jura has given rise to a collection of five sparkling Crémant wines, five takes on a terroir renowned for its excellence, and destined for both the French and international marketplace.
Tissot-Maire, two well-known names in the Jura: Michel Tissot, who was the first to bring a sparkle to the local wines in the 1920s, and Henri Maire, who built up a wine estate covering some 225 hectares, part of which is dedicated to Crémant. This alliance is symbolized by a logo: A stylized rosette with interlacing that combines the tradition and ancestral know-how of generations.
The Tissot-Maire collection, five variations, one style: Intense fruit, crispness and elegance.
Brut Lapiaz, a nod to the specific geology of the Jura, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Delicate notes of white blossom and honey.
Brut Rosé, a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard.
An explosion of ripe red berries.
Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay.
Purity and vivacity over floral notes.
Blanc de Noirs 100% Pinot Noir.
Rich and delicate, beautifully rounded, with distinct notes of red berries and a hint of nuts.
Vintage 2014 100% Chardonnay.
Rich and complex, aged for 36 months on laths for refined fruit aromas which melt in delicious nutty notes.
