For the past 15 years in Quebec, the Neige estate has thrown open its doors in the middle of winter! A bracing experience every weekend in January.
The Domaine Neige, birthplace of ice cider, invites the public to discover its site and how this little gem of the Quebec terroir is made.
The Classe de Neige package includes a guided visit of the cider house, a glass of Bulle de Neige sparkling cider as a welcome, a commented tasting of Neige ice cider with a selection of fine Quebec cheeses, all in a festive atmosphere with music, a campfire and plenty of other surprises.
This year, the Classe de Neige extends to a Nature Class. The Safari Park (located about two miles from the Domaine Neige) will exceptionally be open to participants of the cider tasting event so they can meet two young cheetahs who were born there last May, and who are now ambassadors for this threatened species.
