Since 1865, Mommessin has had its soul in Beaujolais and its heart in Burgundy, resulting in a fruity, powerful style, that always remains true its roots. It is from this alliance that Les Grandes Mises collection was born, consisting of limited edition wines, hand-crafted from a selection of the best Beaujolais plots. A vinification technique specific to the Maison, délestage, gives the wines real personality; maturing in barrels in the Burgundy style adds the final touch, producing wines suitable for cellaring.
